Provide and guarantee accounting information in conjunction with the department manager and the Group’s contact persons.
Main Missions
1 – Perform accounting tasks
Record accounting entries covering transactions that took place within their scope of responsibility, in compliance with group standards and legal provisionsDraw up the annual accounts and any statements (legal and Group-related) within their scope of responsibilityMaintain the relationship with the auditors within their scope of responsibility and in conjunction with the company’s other departmentsDraw up a monthly accounting statement in preparation for reporting and verify the content and balance of the accounts in accordance with applicable accounting rulesDraw up the monthly reporting statements required within their scope of responsibilityConduct regular inspections of all the accounts and record any corrections made theretoDraw up the periodic tax returns within their scope of responsibility
Ensure that debts are settled and receivables are collected within their scope of responsibilityConduct regular inspections of the accounts (profit and loss accounts, balance sheets)
2 – Populate the reporting packages
Populate the reporting packages according to their scope of responsibility on the basis of the accounting data and in compliance with the Group’s standardsDraw up and check the statements regarding intercompany operations on a monthly basis
Analyze reasons and make decisions regarding the appropriate methods and means for performing their duties
Purpose
Under the direct responsibility of the Accounting Manager, perform accounting tasks and populate the reporting packages in compliance with group standards and legal provisions
