You will be accountable to work with the team for developing deep consumer understanding, co-creating annual brand strategies and implementing the annual and quarterly plans to meet organization’s business objectives. As the marketing and consumer champion, you will be a key member of Premium White Spirits AMEA Marketing Team.
About You
You are a born Marketer who places the consumer at the heart of your work. Using insights, you inspire & drive execution of innovative brand experiences that push the boundaries, delivers commercial growth and nurtures long term brand equity. Your ability to work with cross functional teams is your key strength, You have a keen understanding of millennial consumers in Indian market.
Responsibilities
With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
Co-Creation & Execution of Brand plans through internal & external stake holders both BTL and ATL activations.
Work with cross functional teams to develop short- medium term strategies to ensure brand growth & long-term vision for the brand.
Brand Health Management- Driving consumer perception of brands across key metrics
Track all ATL& BTL activations KPIs and report periodically.
Project management- Ability to handle/Lead multiple projects.
Financial Management- P&L Analysis, Budgeting & Budget Management
Analyse & infer trends, Brand performance based on available data (internal: P&L analysis and external: understanding and decoding industry/consumer data) to help build strong plans to meet consumer needs.
Process Innovations
Brand growths (Volume, Value & Market shares)
Brand Health Uplift.
Adherence to timelines & Management of Budgets.
Work with partners and cross functional teams to drive internal excitement on the brands
Inspire all business partners (Creative, PR, digital, Activation,) and leverage their strength’s for a smooth execution of annual plans
Skills and Experience
The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
MBA in Marketing from a premier institute with minimum of 3 years of experience out of which at least 1 year in Brand Marketing/ Customer marketing & Digital marketing
Experience in FMCG / Alco bev/Digital Agencies
Must have a working knowledge in content and influencer marketing.
Tech Savvy & Commercial acumen.
