The candidate should also be able to efficiently leverage creativity and data-driven insights to deliver copies that engage the target audience and aid in the growth of the brands that the candidate is working on.A good understanding of business concepts and B2B and B2C markets is preferred. As we are a digital marketing agency, we also expect the candidate to deliver timely and eye-catching content while working in a fast-paced working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategize the social media content calendar for the assigned brandsCreate writing schedules and complete allocated tasks within given deadlinesConduct in-depth research to understand the client’s needs and target audiences to produce relevant and innovative content.Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messagingInterpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brandsWriting original copy and editing content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materialsOptimizing social media posts (language, tone, and message) that are receptive to the target audience’s behaviors.Present copy concepts and final deliverables to the internal team, and to client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasionRevise copy based on internal and client feedback/directionEngage in the promotion of the brand and its content in various forumsMaintain active social media engagement of brandsSkill requirements and qualifications1 to 3 years of professional experience in copy or content writing with a solid portfolio of workBachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related disciplineExceptional writing and research skillsProficient in both written and spoken EnglishExcellent organizational skills and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and with a team to efficiently meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environmentA keen eye for detailPreferred QualificationsSocial media or content marketing experience is a plusAgency ExperienceProofreading experienceWorking knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and content management systemsFamiliarity with online paid advertisingJob Type: Full Time (Work From Office)Location: BengaluruJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):What is your current CTC?What is your expected CTC?Why do you want to work at First Launch?Experience:Content writing: 1 year (Preferred)
