Job Description : What You’ll Do
The CX Operations team enables the business to drive outcomes and to make effective decisions through supervising performance, providing insights, and recommending practical and executable solutions that deliver value to our stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and validate business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders.
Generate reports and data based on understanding of the function’s business context.
Perform data analysis and provide recommendations for strategic and operational improvements
Identify trends and patterns in dataset and interpret for client.
Identify data anomalies and recommend on additional data needed to support analytics.
Consolidate, prioritize, and convey sophisticated problems or issues within and across other functions.
Contribute to task allocation and work team structure

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent plus at least 5 to 10 years related customer support experience, project management experience or basic business experience.

Desired Skills & Experience:
Good interpersonal & time management skills – lead multiple priorities and timelines.
Good communication skills to clarify project objectives and gather required information.
Strong analytical skills to identify trends & patterns in data and interpret, synthe, and communicate results.
Perform data analysis, data cleansing, and sophisticated data manipulation techniques.
Effectively present and articulate ideas in an easy to consume, visual format.
Attention to detail, ability to identify data discrepancies and call out any issues to POC.
Tableau Dashboard experience (required)
VBA scripting (required)
Database SQL language (required)
MS Access or similar database experience – build/maintain/automate (required)
MS Excel experience in pivot tables, vlookups, xIFs and other functions, charts (required)
Process flowcharting and documentation experience (preferred)
Understanding of database concepts, theory and SQL language (preferred)
Python experience (desired)
