Job Description : Job Title / Designation : E commerce ManagerJob Location: Jaipur, RajasthanArea of operation: RajasthanDuties and Responsibilities: – Develop and implement the strategy for the development and management of the e-commerce business / channel- Responsible for the development and performance of the online business working with key people within the organization as well as external 3rd party agencies working to aggressive growth targets on an annual basis.- Development and execution of the online marketing activities to drive the business. Allocation and presentation of merchandise within the eCommerce site- Budget management for the online channel for India- Overseeing product offer and merchandising. Ensuring sales are maximized and content delivered effectively- Ensuring constant update of new technologies and strategies to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of online arena- Produce revenue, unit and gross profit and operating cost targets annual budget- Prepare and execute planning calendar for each season, promotions and mailer campaigns- Set KPI benchmarks from analytics and competitive analysis- Ensure all information of product is current and accurate- Manage and monitor orders, sales and shipments- Monitor sales, stock and gross margin report by division, concept and product group for review.Requirement:Education: MBA/PG in Marketing ,M Com in Business Admin.Experience:- At least 4 years out of which at least 1-2 years of experience in the on-line selling environment- Analytical and numerical skills- Branding and sales knowledge- Technical expertise on the online channel- Negotiation SkillsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftFlexible shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payEducation:Master’s (Required)Experience:E commerce management: 4 years (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
