Job Description : We are looking for talented full time front desk executive for our center. The candidate should have pleasant personality with good communication skills.Fluent English speaking will be preferred and those who have worked in this field will be preferred. Freshers can also apply.Responsibilities and DutiesWelcome patients and visitors and receive every call from patient , answering or referring queries.Provide necessary information to the patient and visitors.Schedule appointment of patients and communicate to the concern person.Keeps patients appointment on schedule by notifying doctors/ counsellor of patients arrival. Reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, reminding doctors/counsellor about delay.Keep the records of patients properly.Maintains office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level.
