Job Description : ResponsibilitiesProvide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Hamlet Office Main ActivitiesComputer skills including the ability to spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient levelSupport other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)Effective verbal and listening communications skillsMeeting and greeting clientsArranging meetings, travel and accommodations as per requirementMarket analysis with the help of data and callingArranging couriersKeeping the reception area tidyScreening phone callsSorting and distributing postRecording office expenditure and managing the budget;Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment * Overseeing the recruitment of new staff,Promoting staff development and trainingKeeping the eye on entire office to keep neat, clean and organizedFulfilling task assigned my management other than above mentioned Requirements and QualificationsProven experience as office coordinator or in a similar roleExperience in customer service will be a plusKnowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and proceduresOutstanding knowledge of MS Office, “back-office” and accounting softwareWorking knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized with the ability to prioritize and multi-taskJob Types: Full-time, FresherSalary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Required)
