Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will be based in the corporate office in Mumbai of a listed Pharmaceutical/API/Bulk Drug company and will be heading Corporate HR, Plant HR, IR, Legal and Admin functions for multiple locations in India.
Job description
You will be responsible for the following activities:
l Heading Corporate HR, Plant HR, IR, Legal and Admin functions for multiple locations in India.
l Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management.
l Performance Management System and timely action on probation and confirmation
l Compensation & Benefits
l Developing HR policies and systems for the entire organization
l Planning and implementing training and development programs for the Head Office and Plants.
l Working on employee engagement and welfare activities
l Dealing with government officials and statutory compliance at HO and Plant level
l Dealing with workers, grievances, union and local authorities all plant locations
l Team Management – Developing and retaining a team of committed people
Desired Candidate Profile
l Science/Pharma graduate and MBA in HR, with 20-25 years of experience in a Pharma/API company, handling corporate HR, plant HR, IR and Admin function.
l Should have strong conceptual understanding of HR processes &
programs
l Should have strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
