Job Description : Responsibilities
“Technical Requirement: Solid understanding of RDBMS Core fundamentals Knowledge of JSON and PostgreSQL support for JSON Expert Level SQL, PL/pgSQL, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views Knowledge of Architecture and Design fundamentals Knowledge of agile methodologies and quality processes Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies Good Grasp of ETL concepts, Data Replication methods Solid understanding of query execution plans and good performance tuning skills Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. Apache Cassandra, MongoDB) and NoSQL support in PostgreSQL In-depth understanding of data management (e.g. permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring) Knowledge of message queuing, indexing, and high-performance data concepts Work with front end developers to help design scalabale APIs Familiarty with at least one Data visualization tools like PowerBi Ability to proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve live database systems issues. Additional Responsibility: Write efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable code Proactively investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve sensitive escalations Develop strong relationships and work cross-functionally with many partners across organizations and functions, and as a result, increase the impact of the team’s work Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the engineers on the team Participate as a member in Agile teams, and work with other team members to review user stories, estimate effort to build functionality supporting user stories, and participate in sprint reviews.”
