Role Responsibilities:
Active support of Synopsys business collaboration activities and clients globally through video chat, instant messaging, email and phone using internal tools and software. (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, MS Whiteboard and other applications as needed)Ability to work independently and as part of a global team to define, manage and complete assigned activitiesProvide constructive feedback to the team, suggesting modifications and improvements for applications, processes and projectsConsider various business actions and alternatives for solving customer solutionsAbility to work directly with business groups to gather requirements and develop solutions to meet immediate needsIdentify opportunities and act quickly and decisively to respond to the situationTake initiative to work on challenging work assignmentsWillingness to think outside the normal parameters for assignmentsGrow your IT skills and understanding of various platforms and applications as part of a larger teamDevelop, edit and proofread documentation for projects, processes and applicationsObtain and maintain accurate client documentationAutomation of processes for collaboration tools and end user supportVirtual assistance for installation of new AV equipment as neededConsultation of AV equipment needs for worldwide Synopsys offices
Role Qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken EnglishExcellent customer service skills; Active listening, patience, attentiveness, adaptability, dependability & effective communicationAttention to detail is essentialDiligent problem solverDevelopmental knowledge of coding, testing, supporting and debugging softwareFundamental knowledge of common scripting & programming languagesUnderstanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BIAbility to produce various versions of designs/visual representations in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of project management concepts and deliverablesUnderstanding of networking principles and troubleshooting a plusUnderstanding of mobile device management solutions a plus
