Job Description : An engineer by qualification and having overall 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps practices, CI/CD workflows, Build and Release engineering, and configuration management.
Desired Skills:
Hands-on experience with configuring build and CI/CD management tools like Atlassian’s Bamboo, Jenkins, etc.
Hands-on experience in building artifacts using maven, Gradle, npm, etc.
Hands-on experience in Cloud-based Infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud) management. Experience in at least one of the Public clouds is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in Docker. Experience with other container management tools like AWS ECS, Kubernetes, etc. is preferable.
Working experience with Git, GitHub, Bitbucket
Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA
Significant experience and extensive knowledge of Linux command-line
Experience automating build, release processes
Experience with one or more scripting languages like Shell(Bash), Python, Perl, Java.
Should be a self-motivated learner, who can learn new DevOps tools on his own.
