Job Description : Job DescriptionThe candidate should have knowledge of Linux, diagnostics & troubleshooting of the same and needs to work as a system admin.Candidates with Virtualization knowledge and Redhat certified are preferred.Candidate should have a good command of English.L1 / L2 support engineer responsible for: Feature testing of linux based data storage platformInter-operability testing validation of linux based data storage platform with third-party applications modulesInstallation deployment of data storage backup solutionsPost-sales support of data storage backup solutions (remote onsite)Demonstration of data storage data protection solutions to prospective customersQualifications technical skill-set:Strong skill set in LINUXLinux system packaging troubleshootingFamiliarity with Linux fileserver administration (samba, NFS, ACLs, etc.)Familiarity with shell scripting / automation scriptsFamiliarity with backup applications toolsFamliliarity with hardware (servers) troubleshootingGood analytical problem solving skills1-2 years experience in technical support of storage / serversPrior exposure to data storage (RAID, tape backup) will be a distinct advantageTechnical degree (Diploma//Bsc)RHCE certification would be an advantage (recent certifications only)Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsGeneral skills aptitude: Fluent and confident communication in written / spoken EnglishExcellent inter-personal and client-relationship skillsFamiliarity with computer office applications report writingFluency in regional language/s will be an added advantageSelf-driven with high degree of motivation and initiativeJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Leave encashmentProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
