Bachelors / Masters / Engineering degree in Computer science or equivalent4-7+ years in the Linux kernel and device driver development.Solid experience in C programming using Linux.C++ Experience is an added advantage.Solid experience in board bring-up and Linux device driver development.Experience in developing and debugging Device Drivers, Bootloaders, and Board support Packages.Able to understand Hardware schematics and able to read the Hardware-software spec.Strong hands-on experience with some of the interface like I2C, SPI, PCIe, GPIO, Serdes, SGMII, UART Interfaces.Experience in working with L2, PCIe Switches, Flash, Ethernet devices, Timing Devices, PLLs, Framers, and Interrupts.Experience with Linux kernel related issues, debug Kernel Panics and apply Patches Experience in Installing/Maintaining tool chains (particularly GCC/Glibc)Experience in Building /Maintaining/Debugging boot loaders (particularly u-boot)
Preferred SkillsExperience of using QNX.Experience in the Automotive domain and especially into ADAS.Rich experience into various memory chipset like NAND, NOR, Flash, eMMC, DDR.Exposure to Camera interface protocols like CSI2, MIPI.Collaborate on a cross-discipline team to design, develop, code, test, and debug embedded software in an Agile fashion.Good communication skills, comfortable working in a team orientated environment
