Hiring Pre-Primary teachers

Job Summary

Preschool teachers play a vital role in the lives of young students. Teachers should be able to create an environment to nurture young children and develop their curiosity and engage them in learning. We need teachers who are empathetic and love to work with young learners.

Job Qualifications

Required:
Well qualified with proven 2 to 5 years of formal teaching experience as a Preschool Teacher
Patience and high levels of energym
Possess good communication skills
Have passion for teaching and love working with children
Should be familiar with phonics program

Preferred:
Degree in Early Childhood Education
Bachelor’s degree in Education
Ability to engage the class and create a learning environment

Job Responsibilities

Actively teach students, create lesson plans, make observations, be comfortable with storytelling, manage students in the classroom, communicate with parents, attend weekly staff meetings, work with individual students to motivate their abilities and guide students to overcome their challenges, involve in extra-curricular activities including school trips, assemblies, sports days, etc.
