Job Description : Skill-Lync is an exhaustive platform to re-engineer engineering education. The last 2 decades have seen an increasing disconnect between industry and academia – this has resulted in academia not meeting industry standards and thereby students becoming unemployable. Skill-Lync is a Y-Combinator (2019) start-up that is solving this problem at scale leveraging technology and an ecosystem of industry experts, engineer-trainers, and offline centers.
Job Description includes but not limited to:
Be responsible for setting up Skill-Lync offices across multiple locations in India
Identify locations/real-estate option, conduct due-diligence and finalize commercial arrangements with service providers
Set-up the required additional infrastructure (IT Infrastructure etc.) by liaising with the required external service providers
Recruit/manage operations team members across locations
Monitor the infrastructure requirements and Service the skill-center on a periodic basis
Set-up/execute admin/operations policies (Travel/Accommodation etc.) for overall staff at Skill-Lync – Liaise with the required external service providers
Manage vendor base and procurement operations for all IT and Office Infra
Requirements
10-15 years of administrative experience
Preferably with services companies (Education, Skilling, IT services etc.)
