The Role: As Sr. Trainer /Assistant Manager (Training) , you will be responsible for:
Trainer will take care of the New Hire Trainings for Sales, Application and Customer Experience Team
1. Take care of Training need analysis and Bottom Quartile session for our Agri advisory center
2. Conduct Soft Skill sessions on a monthly basis for our Customer Experience team
3. New Hire Training for our Offline Stores
4. Onboarding session for our B2B partners
5. Soft Skills, Process & System trainings for our LMD partners
6. Refresher training on Hardware and systems
7. Coaching and Mentoring AAC, LMD partners and Store Partners
8. Conduct New Hire Trainings
9. Work on TNI & TNA
10. Conduct Refresher sessions on Soft skills and sales Techniques
11. Track the performance of the Bottom performers and coach accordingly
12. Coordinate with all the Stakeholders in regards to Training sessions
13. Should be a TTT and Certified trainer
