Job Description : Position: Sr. Executive – SAPReporting To: Regional IT ManagerLocation: JamnagarPosition SummaryResponsible for overall SAP Operation in manufacturing plant.Roles and Responsibilities· Strong Knowledge of ECC6.0 Version EHP7 and SAP S/4 Hana (1909, 2010 will be added advantage).· At least one End-to-End implementation cycle completed as a core team member.· Strong knowledge of Module Unit and Integration testing and various phases of SAP Project and operations.· Required strong knowledge of SAP Modules and their integrationModules: PP (Production Planning) – MM (Material Management) – SD (Sales and Distribution) – FI (Finance) – CO (Controlling) – QM (Quality Management) – WHM (Warehouse management) – BW (Business warehouse) – FIORI (Mobile app)· Good Command over Master Data Management as per the SOP and STD SAP normas.· Strong knowledge of various Manufacturing process i.e Repetitive, Discrete, Subcontracting and Job Work.· Good knowledge of Material Management and their movements.· Troubleshoots and resolves low- to mid-level problems in routing transection.· Provide support and assistance in the delivery of End User support and Systems Maintenance.· Knowledge of financial operation and impact of manufacturing transection in books.· Abale to generate report and MIS as per the management requirement.Other :· Assists in ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.· Provide status reports for projects to management.· Maintain current knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications as assigned.· Required knowledge of IFC and ITGC policies.· Create and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for Security Infrastructure and SAP processes & functionality.· Required knowledge of various taxation compliance and policy related to sales and purchase operations.Below Skills will be added advantage :· ABAP Language and development· SAP BASIS· Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles.· Basic configurations and settings.Configuration: Is the process of tailoring SAP software by selecting specific functionality from a list of those supported by the software, very much like setting defaults. It is what you do to have the system be able to execute your business processes the way you want to be (configures the system to meet the needs of your business by using the existing data).
