Job Description : PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
Drive and support the development, planning and implementation of sustainable cotton roadmap and compliance requests with cross functional teams and suppliers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own external sustainable cotton organization (eg. BCI, OCA) relations, to generate general understanding of availability, traceability and cost
Establish a network within the cotton industry and maintain cotton supply chain mapping
Participate external stakeholders’ on sustainable cotton impact analysis and traceability projects
Collaborate with Sustainability on sustainable cotton impact measuring / communication
Work closely with Traceability team on system enhancement to cater cotton traceability needs
Support SEA social team on cotton supply chain compliance audit when required
Monitor sustainable cotton sourcing progress
Develop compliance documentation requirements / processes and implement at LOs & suppliers

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Strong communication skills,
Fluent English, verbal and writtenStrong knowledge in cotton industryGood understanding of Materials, Sustainability and Materials TraceabilityProcess thinking / end-to-end mindsetStrong implementation and execution skills (incl. ability to create, plan and deliver Presentations, Workshops & Trainings)Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data for reporting purposesAbility to work independently or with limited guidanceAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree in textile, supply chain management or similar
Minimum 10 years working experience in Cotton industryExperience in project management
