Ecolab is seeking Technical Engineers to join its industry leading and pioneer Global Supply Chain Analytics. What You Will Do (Job Description):
Will be responsible for understanding requirements and implementing innovative solutions to achieve operational efficiency.
Interface with Global Stakeholders to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business processes.
Extract and gather data from multiple sources; conduct analysis of data with the goal of improving Supply Chain Operations.
Plan and execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.
Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, sometimes using the new platforms/technologies within Supply Chain Functional Domain.
Proficient in developing zero-touch automated solutions that produce trends and charts for performance monitoring on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
Draft, Design, Test & Deploy Supply Chain solutions with robust automation techniques using Stored Procedures interacting with multiple third-party applications.
Collaborating with business analysts in developing Supply Chain Proof of Concepts (POC) and commercializing solutions across regions.
Assist with process analysis and documentation where required. Follow the Project Management Module for every request & projects.
Exchange and collaborate with your peers and provide training, coaching and guidance to fellow analysts.
Provide subject matter expertise in Supply Chain areas including risk identification, project scope, and resource allocation. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, sometimes using the new platforms/technologies within Supply Chain Functional Domain Collaborating with business analysts in developing Supply Chain Proof of Concepts (POC) and commercializing solutions across regions.
Minimum Qualifications:
B.Tech/BE or equivalent degree in Supply Chain / Operations Management / Data Science Minimum of 5-7 relevant years of experience in Supply Chain Domain with Data Management / Minimum of 2-4 years as Supply Chain Data Analyst.
Good to have multiple scripting knowledge and supply chain certifications.
Required Competencies:
Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into analytical framework.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills with high degree of proficiency in data mining.
Experience of working in office environment and ability to demonstrate multi-tasking skills, with workload prioritization.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to individually plan and execute deliverables.
Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
Technical Abilities:
Experience working with BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView etc)
Good handle in SQL, Excel, other scripting languages (R, Python, etc)
Understanding of statistical modelling and statistical tools such as Python, R, Spark, SAS or SPSS.
Experience with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access & tools like Power Apps, Share-Point, InfoPath, Teams, etc.
Good to have: Experience in Project Management, Quality Management Systems, ISO auditing, Green Belt Certification
