Job Description : Role: Tableau Developer and DesignerLocation: Onsite- Bangalore/PuneCompany: Triaksha Automation Technologies Pvt LtdA proven Tableau Developer and Designer with at least 6 years of relevant experience on large enterprise applications. Ability to develop and build dashboards and visualizations and optimize.· Design and develop Tableau dashboards· Creating visualizations for the data extracted with the help of Tableau· Identifying patterns and meaningful insights from data by analyzing it· Designing dashboards· Managing Tableau Server· Managing big data· Twisting SQL queries for improving performances· Examining glitches in business processes and resolving them· Finding the key areas of automation to make the business processes smooth· Developing reference documents or reports for the finalized projectTechnical Skills: · Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent· 6+ years of relevant IT experience· Hands-on Experience in Tableau Development and Design· Experience working with relational databases and strong knowledge in SQL scripts· Relevant experience in Agile or Scrum Software Development methodologiesProcess Skills: · Excellent Stakeholder Management· Willing to rapidly adopt new technologies and improve your testing craft· Excellent problem solving, analytical skills, and technical troubleshooting skills· Agile Development MethodologyBehavioral Skills:· Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-groupcoordination within the modules of the project.· Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensureclient satisfaction· Professional, precise communication skills· Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills· Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teamsCertification: · Somebody who has at least 6+ years of work experience in TableauDevelopment and Dashboard Design· Education qualification: MBA, B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.
