Job Description : Who You’ll Work With
You’ll work in our Gurugram office as part of our Technology & Digital Operations practice.
Our Technology & Digital Operations practice manages IT support services to primarily McKinsey Firm members. The services are provided globally on a 24/7 basis out of several support centers in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and India. One of the IT hubs is located in Gurugram (India) delivering services such as Global Infrastructure and Application Support and High Definition Video Conferencing (HDVC) and VoIP support, among several other services.
You’ll be part of our ORE Enterprise Business Suite & Reporting Systems(ERS) team in Gurugram, India. Our ERS team provides operational support for McKinsey’s SAP S/4 HANA Cloud application, Oracle EBS R12 (Financial, HRMS), ETL (DataStage/ Informatica), reporting platforms (SAC, OBIEE, COGNOS, etc.), Analytics tools like Tableau & Alteryx, and related automation tools (Clonetab) in development, QA and production environments.
What You’ll Do
You will support SAP S4/Hana, Oracle EBS R12, and Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) platforms in on-premises & cloud environments.
In this role you will evaluate critical EBS/BI/SAP tiers security issues (content, internal controls, access levels, etc.) and make recommendations, such as infrastructure and application patching, upgrades to new versions, or successor releases.
You will directly work with customers globally, resolving Oracle EBS R12/OBIEE infrastructure-related escalated issues. Recommend changes, engineer solutions, and participate in the implementation.
You will regularly review, develop, recommend, enforce, and adhere to SAP S4/BTP, EBS R12, and OBIEE systems policies and standards, including policies and procedures on high availability, access management, and scalability.
Qualifications
Degree in Information Technology from an accredited college/university
3+ years of experience in managing, supporting & engineering for SAP S/4 HANA Cloud, SAP Business Technologies Platform (BTP), and Oracle EBS in a global organization
Good understanding of SAP Identity Management(IAM) and SAP Access Control(AC)
Good understanding of BTP concept of Global/SubAccount/Directory etc., User/Space/Org Management, Cloud Foundry, Neo/Kyma environments, Subscription Model, Cost Optimization, Administration using CLI [Feature Set B]/APIs
Understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud, Administration, Monitoring, SAP ALM, Data Archiving, Auditing, Performance Management, Data Conversion/Migration/Masking/Cloning
Knowledge/Experience in moving transports, scheduling jobs in production.
Understanding on SAP Integration Patterns, Data Integrations Tools/Services, Cloud Connector, SDI, SDQ and HANA related technologies
Exposure to SAP Analytic cloud and Data warehousing concept and services
Good understanding of User Authentication and Authorization in SAP Cloud Platform
Relevant SAP certifications would be a plus point
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Distinct quality mindset and service attitude
Strong zero-defect & DevOps mindset
Good understanding of Agile /Scrum framework
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in project teams in a remote team setting
Strong process management background, in developing and optimizing processes
English language proficiency both written and verbal
