Ltd.We have urgent opening for Agri field officerDesignation : Agriculture field officerSalary : 12k to 18k(no bar depend on interview performance and experience)Experience : 1 to 3 yearsLocation : – PuneRoles & Responsibility: Ø To create awareness of organic farming.Ø Search and contact new farmers for Organic farming in respective area.Ø To conduct farmer training programme of concerned project.Ø To supervise the farmers of concerned project.Ø Supervise crops from time to time.Ø Supervise harvesting and proper dispatches as per company’s production.Ø Schedule and maintain liaison for the farmers and purchase directly from them.Ø To implement the Internal Controls for organic production.Ø To maintain the records.Ø To submit the project data with compiled to higher authorities.Ø Random check of the internal inspections.Skills:Highly motivated individuals to augment our aggressive growth plan.Good knowledge and experience in organic farming.Should possess good communication skills with an ability to initiate, acquire and build long-term.Should be a good team player with multitasking abilities.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work on field: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
