Job Description : The Job Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to· Attend to Walk-ins & counselling for various products & services.· Lead Generation through cold calls and activities.· Converting Enquiries to Enrolment / Revenue proposition.· Work on captive student’s upgrades and reference.· Telephonic /online enquiry follow ups.· Maintaining Good conversions (average conversion across the state is 70%)· Student fee collections & Follow Ups.· Achieving weekly / monthly / quarterly / Yearly revenue Targets for the assignedproducts;· Database maintenance/Database Calls· Responsible for the maintenance of the records & updating of sales figures andreports from time to time· Responsible for in house marketing activities & sales promotions.· Daily/Weekly /Monthly reports / Analysis of reports.· Competitor info and updates.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payPerformance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Academic counseling: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
