Job Description : Arete Fashions currently owns two clothing lines for newborns & infants, which are sold through its own brand website as well as other multiple well-known e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry, Hopscotch, Meesho, Udaan etc.We are looking for an experienced accountant who can join are ever growing team at Arete Fashion.Roles and Responsibilities:Bookkeeping/Daily Account management.Stock ManagementPreparation of monthly GST & TDS data.Prepare financial statements and reports on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis.Accounting data entryHandling ERP SystemHandle a large data set and conduct in-depth analysisGenerating report based on data analysisYou will be responsible for all accounting entries viz. Sale, Purchase, Bank, Cash, Debit Notes/ Credit Notes, Annual Return Filing, Consolidation with auditors, Resolving Audit Queries etc.Requirement:Location: Surat, GujaratShould have prior experience in tallyStrong proficiency in MS ExcelAdvanced knowledge of MS Office.Any experience of accounting for e-commerce transactions will be an added advantage.Must be proficient in verbal and written English communication.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metricsEntrepreneur mindset with solution solving approachJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Double VaccinatedMask compulsory (*as per gov. guideline)Experience:E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)Account management: 1 year (Required)
