About the Role
As an Accountant, you will assist the India finance manager and operation team in Paris to work on and manage the accounts of branch offices of India (First branch location: Hyderabad).
Main responsibility is to ensure the following tasks:
Prepare segmented detailed P&L between Head Office (“HO”) & Branch Offices (“Branch”) in India
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of P&L for audit purpose
Issue invoices and manage intra-company billings from Branch to HO, in compliance with India GST rules
Prepare GST E-invoices of above billing & its reconciliation.
Reconcile and ensure accurate GST utilisation at Branch, and initiate transfer of GST inputs to HO via billing when required
Provide support on annual statutory audit of HO and Branch
Provide support to tax team and local tax consultant to ensure compliance with local tax rules and regulations including tax filings, tax reviews and tax audits
Perform any other finance operation related tasks as assigned by Finance Manager.
Requirements
Full time working in Gurgaon office location.
Degree in Accounting or related field of study
Experience working for a multinational organization.
Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in a similar role.
Accounting knowledge and familiar with India GST & Corporate tax rules.
Excellent knowledge of Excel (formulas and vlookup) and Word.
Highly organized and autonomous.
