Job Description : Responsibilities and DutiesBe responsible to coordinate the work with the Customer Relations team at H Q and integrate with local Sales Team.Act as binding force between the Client and the ManagementListening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sale.Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.Administration: To handle the entire Administration & Human Resource Services at project Covai at Tapovan Solace.Operate the CovaiSmart software. You will be trained to operate the software.Ensure all client requests are registered in the software and completed as scheduledHandle routine tasks of issuing circulars, coordinating on tasks & events held at the communityLiaise with vendors and other officials and coordinate with the activities of the Resident ManagerMaintain attendance of staff and forward to HOPrepare staff salaries and process staff incentives to the HOCoordinate on Staff welfareForward the staff loan and advance requests to the HO for approval and maintain the recordsPayroll management and maintain statutory requirements**Finance & Accounts: To ensure proper financial accounting, task coordination, payroll management and customer relations in the community.Handle cash & accounting of billsCoordinate to make the payments for the petty cash expenses, accounting the same with valid cash invoicesObtain the necessary authorization for making the payment and prepare receipt vouchers for all cash payments madeTally the petty cash register and float cash on a daily basisMake an entry in the software and submit the receipts to the Head office**Resident Billing: Post bills for services used by residents / guest and debit the bills in their respective villa or guest house account, present bill when required and follow up for paymentsTally the water & gas meter readings and process the chargesDo the month end closing of accounts as according to the process & procedures, coordinating with the head office.Clarify queries of residents and take necessary action for resolution of issues****Stores Management: To maintain complete record of receipts, issues and enter in the softwareTo ensure all goods movement are monitored with the appropriate gate passOrganize for routine stock takes for stores and assetsTake 3 party quotes and issue Purchase orders justifying the selection. Benchmark buying price and quality with the market once every monthfor all monthly purchasesHouse Keeping Management: Organise and schedule the Housekeeping staff to visit the residence units as per time allotted and do the routine sweeping, swabbing and drying of clothes if kept ready.Ensure the Common areas and dining units are cleaned without causing inconvenience to anyone.Prepare and keep ready guest rooms, private dining, activity centers and the community space ready for any events or occasions.Organise for the special cleaning of the premises and the residences with full dusting and through scrubbing.Ensure the use of non-toxic chemicals in appropriate quantities to prevent its misuse or health hazard for others.Train the staff on the right use of chemicals and equipment’s and work in a professional way.**Maintenance Management: Monitor the services log and allot the technician based on the service request to the residence. Follow up to ensure timely completion of tasks and billing of appropriate Charges.Check on upkeep of the equipment’s in use at the community. Follow up with the annual maintenance contract and routine inspection of the equipment’s.Check the functioning of the RO,STP, generators and ensure they are maintained as per standard protocol.Organise for the routine water test at the community to ensure there is no contamination or excess impurities more than the prescribed standards**Other tasks: Organise Bill Payment for Residents ( Part of Errand Tasks)Payment of House TaxProperty management ServicesCoordinate with the AMC, Insurance and routine repairs & maintenance of the equipment’s in the communityCoordinate on the various client requestsOrganise activities & Events at the community.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityCOVID-19 considerations:Must be wearing mask all time and maintain social distance while contacting anyone wash your hands before entering office.Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)Tally: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)Language:English, Kannada, (Preferred)License/Certification:31-12-2022 (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
