The Global Accounting Function is responsible to make sure that H&M Group can handle all financial transactions in a way complying with the rules and regulations all over the world, as well as representing the accounting function in all different projects throughout the organization.

Job Description
The Administration Assistant is accountable to:Support the Admin Department to secure that the office is well-maintained and safe as per the Company requirementsSupport correct implementation and follow up of the Company Administration RoutinesSupport the Admin Department and other stakeholders with relevant information/reports
Travel Administrator is accountable to:Assist all travellers (outgoing/incoming) with international business travel or home leave travel as per the Travel routineAssist all travellers with visa applications and company lettersSecure the best deal with travel agencies and hotels with regard to pricingAssist Office Administration with any given assignment in connection to TravelAssist as back up support for the Receptionist when on leave
Support the Admin Department with proper and timely maintenance of the office equipmentSupport preparation of necessary quotations for purchasing of office equipment and consumables as per Company RoutinesSupport correct and up-to-date filling in of Admin documentsCheck invoices for paymentProvide support to other teams in relation to administrative requirements and routinesSupport expats with admin-related requirementsSupport the Admin Department with all relevant reports
Ensure that the best options are provided by the Travel Agents in terms of route and cost.Ensure that all hotel booking and transport facilities are taken care of for both visitors and staff members. Bookings should be followed up and monitored in an efficient manner.The responsibility includes local hotel booking, local transport, local ticket booking and reconfirmation of tickets, issuing invitation letters, dealing with visitors’ itineraries, etc.Keep the Intranet Visitor schedule updated & update other travel reportsArrange other necessary visa documentsMaintain expat home leave record with costEnsure distribution of Business Travel Insurance Cards to travellersPeriodically check the competitiveness of air ticket fares quoted by designated travel agentsMaintain smooth travel operationsAssist with visa requirement details from different High Commissions and EmbassiesDeal with Bill Checking for Hotel InvoicesDeal with Bill Checking for International Air Tickets

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree3-5 of experience in Administrative workBasic knowledge of administrative workGood Analytical SkillsGood communication skillsGood TeamworkGood command of spoken and written English, Additional requirement: Kannada, Hindi, Tamil ( any regional language)Basic PC knowledge in MS Office applications
