The Program Operations Manager, Technology Alliances, will support the strategy and execution of Boomi’s fast-growing Technology Partner Program. This is a great opportunity to continually and creatively work with new partners that offer exciting possibilities for extending the Boomi Platform and delivering value-added combinations for customers.
Role Responsibilities Include:
Initial evaluation of prospective partners
Onboard/offboard partners
Track and report partner progress toward major onboarding and release milestones
Partner contract management and documentation
Maintain current catalog of partnerships and prospects, and document partner status on internal/external systems and websites
Track and report key overall program metrics
Support partner solution development and release management process
May also provide similar operational support for other Technology Alliances programs
Requirements:
3+ years of Partner Program Management experience
Experience with CRM (salesforce.com preferred), Jira, and analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or Salesforce.com reporting
Ability to evangelize partner program and partnerships internally and externally
Ability to clearly articulate corporate Boomi and Technology Partner Program messaging including its features, benefits, and requirements
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Must be a self-starter with excellent ability to work independently, and a team player
Estimated 25% travel, included but not limited to partner meetings, conferences, on-site enablement activities
Preferences:
PgMP/PMP certified
Integration industry experience
Technology Partner Program experience
