As a Delivery Leader, you are responsible for handling finance clients in different industries and across Finance and Accounts.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Transformation SME, you will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit.

At IBM, We help transform finance operations of organization from improving efficiency of Financial processes to creating smart functions with intelligent workflows -capable of finding, connecting and analysing data to uncover deep insights that can inform intelligent decisions. We partner with clients to advise and manage end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities
You will own client engagements / contracts across geographies & provide Transformation support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting
Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making
Responsible to achieve transformation at a high level of change management experience, including challenging, inspiring, and leading the team
Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters ‘critical to quality’ for process delivery
Build trusted partnerships within the business through consultative and collaborative efforts to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of F&A transformation programs
Consult directly with our clients providing advisory services designed to help them solve their most complex business and technology challenges
Help our clients respond to and embrace market, regulatory, process, and culture changes triggered by emerging digital technologies
Lead programs or work streams within a transformation and / or establish and manage the controls and governance aspects of a transformation and change management.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Able to translate business challenges into business requirements and advise client on which tools or technology would be best for their finance transformation
Recommend appropriate new or revised change management tools and practices
Facilitate Discussion and workshops to understand stakeholder needs and gather inputs
Identify potential strategic initiatives and business transformational opportunities, analyse them to determine financial and strategic impact
Interpret data/analytics and create actionable plans based upon insights.
Contribute to business development and thought leadership efforts
Collaborate and work closely with peer group and broader organization to delivery excellence

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Minimum 12 – 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting – R2R / P2P Transformations
Proven experience in creating and developing of value proposition, business cases, industry specific offerings
Ability to ideate strategic direction and initiatives through designing of business outcome models, contracting structures and identification of new opportunities and business lines
Expertise to lead efforts on continuous process improvements and transformation along with carrying out maturity assessments

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

A certified Chartered Accountant/Company Secretaryship/Certified Management Accountant
Proven experience in understanding of end-to-end F&A process. In depth process knowledge in central finance reporting, management reporting and reports
Ability to influence people internal/external customers, Operations and Finance partners
Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
