Job Description : 1. Teaching kids from either 1st to 3rd Standard (Junior Level) or 4th to 9th Std (Senior Level) in a 1 on 1 mode. Teaching English language to Adults (Housewifes,working professionals)2. Required to take 3 classes in a day (3 Hours a Day).3. Working Hours : Afternoon, evening shifts and late evening shifts.4. Working Days minimum 4 Days (optional Mon,Tues,Thurs and Friday)5. This will be an online tutoring assignment for candidates like school English teachers, spoken English trainers, soft skills trainers, English faculty, etc.KRA’s1. Sharing the Feedback with the team on the kid and parent.2. Preparing and delivering lessons to improve students’ reading, writing, and conversing skills.3. Developing educational content such as notes and quizzes. Assigning activities to facilitate students’ consolidation of learning material.4. Tailoring your teaching style in accordance with students’ needs. Managing interpersonal dynamics to ensure that the class is conducive to learning.5. Tracking and reporting on students’ progress.
