Job Description
Business: CHEP
Function/Department: Finance
Position Title & Location: Executive Collections & Credit Controller – Gurgaon India
Position Purpose:
The key responsibilities are
Ensuring accurate billing and delivery of invoices
Closely monitor and collect amounts from Key customers due to the Company
Proper maintenance of accounts receivable records & generating accounts reports.
Providing timely solutions for disputes related to invoicing
Initiate prompt action on default accounts
Assess credit risks on regular basis
Qualifications:
Commerce Graduate. Intermediate qualifications in Accountancy will be handy
Experience:
About 4 to 6 years’ experience in billing and credit control support functions – with adequate
accounting knowledge
Skills and Knowledge:
Language: English (M) , Hindi, is desired and regional language like Tamil for south.
Computer: SAP, Sales force, superior MS Office skills, especially Excel/Power point
Personal: Strong customers focus skills, superior organisational skills, ability to be self-managing, problem solving ability, Effective communication skills.

Bachelors – Finance
Preferred Level of Work Experience
5 – 7 years
