Job Description : Main Duties and Responsibilities: · Conduct surveys on child labour, child abuse, street, underprivileged and malnourished children.· Conduct survey on migrants, domestic workers, destitute women, single mothers, women involved in flesh trade.· Identify the children/women who are vulnerable, begging and living on the streets.· Establish contact points and invite children/women to take part in our education and awareness programs.· Guide and develop contact with these children/women.· Have ongoing contact and build positive relationships (legal intervention) with hardened children/women thereby unlocking them from the street and transit them into a stable and beneficial environment.· Link children/women on the street to the intake programmes and day care centres/shelters.· Develop a program for the children that need for a healthy life away from the street.· Refer children to relevant services· Ensure that children on the street are legally protected and help children settle in programs off the street· Conduct home study report of the street children/women.· Prepare face sheet and quarterly reports of regular children· Provide advice and guidance, specialized therapy, general counseling and health services to the children/women.· Assists mothers facing domestic crises or problems at work.· Encourage the children/adults to sit for the National Open School exams once they have reached the required levels.· Creating awareness regarding reproduction, sex, pregnancy, contraception, AIDS, etc· Make available the clinical/medical services and camps and provide medical assistance.· Develop depots at village level for ORS, Condoms and Oral pills· Maintain a record of regular visits, register, stocks of essential supplies, profile & feedback.· Maintain daily, monthly and quarterly report· Record success stories from the children and the women and report these in the weekly report· Distribution of Manna Meals on WheelsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
