POSITION DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Document Process flows and Standard operating manuals
Document Control Design and undertake Testing of controls
Preparation of presentations
Analyzing data to develop actionable business insights
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to management
Process Vendor Invoices and post accounting entries in Tally and SAP system
Prepare and Manage Bank, Customer and Vendor Reconciliations
Prepare & Manage Customers accounts reconciliations – Monthly
Prepare Sale Invoices and customers & vendors screening through the denied parties
Support Statutory audit, internal audit, 3rd part audit and tax returns and assessments
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
B. Com/M. Com and Cost Accountant / MBA with 4 years+ experience
Experience in handling books in Tally & SAP systems
Sound working knowledge of Accounting and Tax concepts
Sound working knowledge of Excel, BI tools and Microsoft applications
YOU ARE
Detail-oriented with excellent record keeping and organizational skills;
Energetic, proactive and highly motivated with a flexible and positive attitude;
An efficient and organized communicator – oral and written
A tech-savvy, scrappy troubleshooter, ready to learn new skills and software
Good Analytical Skills and Communication, with ability to work independently
