The infrastructure running industries likes transportation, energy, insurance, banking or healthcare is quickly changing as the world’s relationship with technology evolves. Our Infrastructure Specialists are responsible for keeping up with these latest and greatest of these changes and using their expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and products.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Support Infrastructure related troubleshooting and resolve issues . Willingness to support in rotational 24/7 shifts if need be.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Background in Linux/Unix/Windows system administration.Experience in 1st and 2nd line support (ticketing systems)
Strong experience in supporting external customers (customer centric approach)
Experience in network and security field.
10+ years experience Public cloud platform experience, in AWS cloud platform.Knowledge on containers, host automation and operating systems
Experience in solution architecture designExperience in monitoring and troubleshootingSolid skills in Git and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with automation and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible or similar)
Solid understanding of agile methodologies.Good experience in leading and managing teams of at least 5-6 jr cloud engineers
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Programming background with good knowledge in a modern programming language such as Golang or Python.
Experience with Kubernetes and IAC.Previous experience working with an external customer/being a consultant
