Thru our service, Merchants flourish in the dynamic world of new – age commerce.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Coordinate with the Certified Payroll Professional to attain anyPrepare bank depositsReconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly postedVerify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issuesFacilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clientsGenerate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable statusCompleting all financial transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and others as required, in accordance with legislative, contract terms, and Smart Merchant Services P. Ltd policy and procedures.Reviewing and analyzing all project adjustments, submissions, and reports and ensures they are completed in a timely manner.Performing monthly job cost report analysis and reconciliation in coordination with the project manager for timely financial reporting.Participating in monthly forecast review meetings for assigned projects to provide input on trends, profitability, and various supporting reconciliations.Ensuring all required documentation, including insurance, bonding, SDI, workers compensation, statutory declarations, and lien waivers are in place and renewed accordingly.Assisting with the setup, maintenance, adjustments, and monitoring of project accounting processes and procedures as required.Reading contracts and interpreting trade contractor documentation for accounting related items.Identifying and communicating to the project team and accounting management any compliance and/or project risks (e.g., trade partner issues, financial risk).Perform other jobs assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk, accounts receivable manager or accountantSolid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulationsProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial recordsData entry skills along with a knack for numbersHands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (QuickBooks)Proficiency in English and in MS OfficeCustomer service orientation and negotiation skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailQUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university (English is the medium of instruction).Minimum of 2 years of accounting experiencePreferred Experience with ICICI Bank Merchant ServicesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:Seeing: Must be able to work on computer 75-100% of the timeHearing: Must be able to communicate over the phone 75-100% of the timeStanding/Walking: Must be able to stand/walk for 0-24% of the timeClimbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to retain folders from drawer 0-24% of the timeLifting/Pushing/Pulling: Must be able to file paperwork 0-24% of the time.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftNight shiftApplication Question(s):Do you speak a language other than English?
