Job Description : SailPoint is looking for candidate to build first-class analytics and reporting around data and processes. This role will work with Professional Services and other team to provide both day-to-day insights, as well as ontribute to planned projects and data-infrastructure. This role will use both internal and external data sets to build functional reporting dashboards and build statistical models to guide forecasting and planning.

Responsibilities:
The person would be someone who would be doing a lot of manual admin tasks:
download reports from our Sales or PSA tool, open it in Excel, add these 3 columns, apply these formulas, then upload the result to a shared location
let people know when they need to update or fix information in projects or sales opportunities they own
get people added to the right email distribution groups when they join the group
etc.
In the process of doing these manual tasks, this person will be providing information to IT team members who will be automating these processes so someone doesn’t have to do them manually anymore. But we’ll never reach the point of no manual tasks because we’ll get new tools to use & integrate with, or we’ll define new processes or new analyses we want to do, or we’ll incorporate a new product or new services offering that needs a different set of reports & charts than we had before.
We need someone that can take responsibility for making sure required tasks are done correctly and on time and also think about how to do it better, continuously improving and responding to changes in the business.

Qualifications:

Strong sense of responsibility and initiative

Positive attitude and flexibility when faced with fast-paced, complex challenges

0-2 years of relevant experience in enterprise software in a business analysis or sales/marketing analysis function.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to comprehensively and clearly present strategic issues and solutions.

Experience with powerpoint, and providing data and key performance indices for presentations

Strong attention to detail combined with high-level vision

A motivated self-starter with a high energy level

Proven skills at cultivating strong working relationships and working well within a team to learn and share knowledge

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
