Responsibilities
Should able to build strong understanding of the product and its interfaces where JAVA has key role.
Responsible to produce Low level (class level) design and get it implemented by the team.
Must have strong hands on OOPS concepts, various design patterns and in J2EE technologies (mentioned above).
Should take complete technical leadership in the JAVA team by assisting developers in their day to day development challenges.
Should stand for the Quality of the delivery by taking all necessary measures agreed in our s/w development process.
Regular code reviews (manual and static)
NFR reviews : Conduct regular security scan (using tools like OWASP). Should guide the team to fix possible vulnerabilities and other security findings.
Should have good communication and problem solving skills.
