AGE: Upper age limit 50 years as on 01.03.2022 (Relaxable in case of SC/ST/
OBC/PWD/EWS as per Govt. guidelines).
QUALIFICATION
Ex-Navy personnel retired/serving officers retiring shortly from Navy, with 3 years

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in Electronics/Electronics & Communication

/Electronics & Telecommunication/ Communication/ Tele-communication in the rank

of JCO or equivalent having 15 years & above post qualification (Professional)

experience. First class for General & OBC candidates and Pass class for SC/ST

candidates.

Job Description
Testing / repair of module / PCBs. Integration of systems and technical support
towards installation & commissioning of BEL supplied system onboard IN Ships &
Submarines. Job requires frequent traveling to various Naval sites.
Experience
Ex- Navy personnel retired / retiring with minimum rank of JCO or equivalent) after
completing 15 years with relevant experience. He must be having minimum 15 years or
more post qualification experience. He must be having experience on working onboard
IN Ship / Submarine / Dock Yard. He must be having hands-on experience in
maintaining any one of the system i.e. Radio or Network system or Communication
system or SONAR or RADAR or Weapon control system.
SELECTION: – The selection for all the posts will be through a written test & interview.
Written test will be conducted in the nearest BEL Units- Bangalore, Ghaziabad,
Pune, Machlipatnam, Chennai, Hyderabad , Kotdwara, Navi Mumbai and
Panchkula and BEL Offices-Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Visakhapatnam and
Kochi. Date of written test will be intimated later and Interview will be conducted
through online (i.e video based) for the candidates those who qualify in the written
test and shortlisted for the interview.
OTHER INSTRUCTIONS
AGE RELAXATION: SC/ST-5 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 years. For
candidates belonging to Persons with Disability (PWD) category having minimum 40%
disability will get 10 (ten) years relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to
SC/ST/OBC mentioned above.
The Cutoff date for deciding the maximum permissible age and experience (Post
Qualification Experience) shall be 01.03.2022. In order to compute post qualification
work experience , the period of work experience starting from the month immediately
succeeding the month of final examination in which candidate acquire the essential
educational qualification shall be considered.

The following documents, should compulsorily be enclosed:
1. Self attested copy of SSLC/Matriculation Certificate (proof of age).
2. Self attested copies of Marks cards for having passed all semesters / years of
Diploma or equivalent examination as applicable, BE or B.Tech or equivalent
as applicable.
3. Certificate from the previous employer regarding relevant post qualification
experience.
4. Caste / Tribe Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS in latest format in prescribed
proforma) and other relevant certificates Discharge Certificate / Summary from
Defence forces, if applicable.
In addition to basic pay , other allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent
Allowance, 35% of the annual basic pay as perquisites , Performance Related
Pay(PRP), Group Life Insurance, Medical Reimbursement , Provident Fund, Gratuity
and pension as per Company’s rules will be part of remuneration package.
Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates will be as per Government directives
