This niche HR Tech space is attracting attention from candidates who love challenges and want to learn new things everyday in a product R&D environment.This OpportunityWe are now looking for an experienced SEO expert to join our Content Marketing team in the Marketing department. You’ll be expected to be fairly autonomous, working in a team that helps drive SEO growth, create reports, and be committed to enabling the department to execute scalable and sophisticated approaches to online marketing, by leveraging and building a healthy SEO strategy.Your tasks and responsibilities will include:Strategic Role:Create strategies for driving SEO campaigns for various products keeping in mind the business goal & the overall budget allocated for each quarter.Plan and execute Search Engine Optimization initiatives including On-Page Optimization, SEO audits, Quality Link Acquisition, Link Building and Back Linking, Google-friendly natural Off-Page Optimization, App Store SEO (ASO), Video SEO, Keyword Research and funnel creation, Content Writing Strategy, Local SEO and other SEO initiatives to meet target digital marketing goals, increase Organic Search Traffic and SERP ranking dominance.Formulate new avenues to drive traffic growth in conjunction with Product, Engineering, Solution & Brand Marketing, among other teams across the companyCapability to devise strategies for international domains & websites in different languagesWork with different analytical tools used for both website & app to figure out opportunities to drive Organic trafficOnsite/offsite web promotion for individual reports, articles, report briefs, company websites, and group websites and increase web traffic and maximize conversions using applied and advanced web promotion techniques.Research & Analysis Role:Conduct relevant SEO research on existing content & take a data-driven approach in creating user personas that in turn form the basis of SEO strategiesPrepare & lead content initiatives/pitches & other SEO related proposals that are delivered to the top management.Has the capacity to identify opportunities from the data tracked in various analytical tools & to use this data to drive business’ websites, blogs, social channels with a goal of achieving higher visibility on various Search EnginesCollaboration Role:Work with content, brand and design teams to generate SEO based content planWork with the Brand team to reach out to influencers in the industry and work with them to drive SEO (link building) & Social opportunitiesWork with different business teams to understand ways to leverage existing partnerships/alliances and drive SEO value out of themWork with the product team during the new product or new feature launch & generate supporting content to drive initial traffic through these product updates.Additional ResponsibilitiesTake charge of driving tech & content audits for various products across websitesAnalyze the current user experience and provide recommendations for improving the overall UX/UI based on the recommendations provided by a leading specialist in the industryKeep up to date with latest SEO, marketing events & necessary algorithm updates with a purpose of gathering new skills that provide a competitive edge over the competitionWork with key stakeholders in the marketing team to drive synergy between different channels/activities with a goal of achieving higher Organic trafficTo do that, it’s essential you bring the following:6-8 years of SEO experience, preferably in large SaaS or IT Product organizationExcellent understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics and other SEO tools such as SemRush/Ahref/ScreamingFrog, MOZ, HubSpot etc.Good to have knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript and ability to track issues on the website.Strong domain knowledge (SaaS and IT products)Solid understanding of technical SEO (crawling, indexing, rendering, internal linking, JS crawlability & indexation, etc.)Ability to prioritize work assignments and routine work to maximize resultsAnalyzing on-page and off-page optimization and recommending future strategiesStrong organizational and analytical skillsResults-oriented and fact-based decision-making skillsTeam player, proactive, motivated, curious, determined can-do attitude.Good to have knowledge of performance marketingWhy should I join Engagedly?You get to directly contribute to a fast-growing product, in a domain that has seen tremendous growthWork independently with your chosen methods to drive resultsPhenomenal learning experience with guaranteed self-development & growthNo dearth to growing within the Product Management track.
