Job Description
Job Title :Vertical Head Digital Analytics
Job Purpose
To lead a team that performs data driven strategic analysis for digital journeys to drive customer acquisition, cross-sell, value enhancement and retention. As part of the role, develop analytical models using Adobe platform and digital data for new to bank customers for improving the website experience for new to bank customers across products. To increase digital campaign revenue, marketing efficiency and reduce marketing costs.
To evaluate and adopt new analytical practices, tools and techniques so as to be at the cutting edge of digital analytics capabilities that deliver best in class solutions to drive incremental revenues

Job Responsibilities
Leading the digital analytics program for digital marketing and various business lines
Development, delivery and implementation of relevant analytical solutions (behavioral segments and triggers, strategic analysis, hypothesis testing) using Adobe suite of products and digital data
Guide the team on the technical / functional aspects of analytical solution development so that the solution is in line with business expectations and meets defined TATs and performance benchmarks
Ensuring Business impact through Analytical solutions using adobe tools and digital data
Ensuring analytical solutions / strategic analysis result into data driven decision making for the bank. End output to be measured in terms of incremental revenue / lift in conversions / engagement rates
Regular interaction with business / product / marketing teams
Work jointly with marketing and business teams to identify business problem / opportunity, design analytical approaches / hypothesis tests to address the same
Communicate the solution / findings / insights from the analysis to the stakeholder
Incumbent will lead these discussions with senior stake holders
Ensuring new analytical solutions are utilized
Work closely with campaigns, digital marketing, communications and business team to ensure that analytical solutions developed in the FY are utilized for data driven decision making & campaigns
Monitoring continued robustness of analytical solutions
Continuously review the efficacy / relevance of the insights generated through above mentioned solutions. Strive for improvement in the strategic analysis by driving the team to use new data, better set up of hypothesis

Educational Qualifications
Post graduation or equivalent in highly quantitative disciplines : Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.
Strong analytical skills, logical & mathematical skills
Banking Product & Process Knowledge
Project Management Skills. Should be able to handle multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Excellent Communication skills
Vendor Management
Curious and open mind
Experience Required
Minimum experience in years : 10+ years in Analytics domain
Prior experience in digital analytics, platforms like google analytics, adobe analytics preferred
Prior experience in Predictive modeling including Machine Learning algorithms would be an advantage
Strong knowledge of data structures, analytical tools (SAS, SQL, Python, etc.) and techniques (including unstructured data and big data technologies)
Prior experience in insights generation would be an advantage
