Job Description
Tasks:
Test Project management with Project Planning, Estimations, Customer interfacing, SW Test Delivery management, Quality adherence, Risk Management, Procurement planning, Asset Management, Competence management, Building and leading team, Test Metric management, Project audits/reviews, QCD control.Requirements Analysis, Understanding of Architecture/Design/Implementation of SW, and Development & Execution of SW & System Tests for ADAS Software.Manual & Automated System Test development & executionRequirement Review & Identification of test level of a given requirement.Validation of SW at bench, HIL and Vehicle Environment.Test Documentation & metricsProject representations in review meetingsEffort Estimations for tasks/work packages/projectsTechnically enable SW/System Tests adhering to Project Requirements, Goals, Scope, and Deliverables.Ensuring timely completion & Delivery of Tasks.Ensure Process compliance with respect to Process Landscape and ASPICE and ISO26262.
Required Skill-Set:
Working experience in Embedded Automotive System Testing & Test Automation Test Experience in HIL (Vehicle Environment will be an added advantage).Complete Project Management experience of 5years or aboveExperience in handling team with strength > 15Competent in Programming Languages CAPL, C, C++, PythonVector Automotive Test Tools (e.g.: Vector CANoe, CANape, CANstress, vFlash etc.).Vector Test Automation Tools like Open Test, vTestStudio, TAE, DIVA etcExperience in Automotive Communication Protocols (CAN, CAN FD, FlexRay & Ethernet) and Diagnosis (UDS, KWP2000, etc.).Experience in Requirements management tools like DOORS, ALMConfiguration Management tools like ClearCase, MKS, JiraKnowledge in Automotive Safety Standards (ISO26262) and Processes (ASPICE).Good Communication and Interpersonal skillsAbility to drive & mentor the team technically

Qualifications
B.E or B.Tech or Masters in E&C, E&E, Instr. Engineering, Computer Science
