Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Senior Accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Senior Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating and/or managing Junior Accountants.Role & Responsibilities : · Check all Purchase, Sales & Banking Entries.· Check Bank Reconciliation.· Accounts receivable & Payables Ledger Scrutiny with proper Bill wise Adjustments and· Conclusions· Internal Branch Balances Reconciliation.· Manage Daily Cash & Card Settlements Entries.· Maintain Cash Book of Branches & Head Office with proper Tracking of Cash Deposits.· All the required Accounting Adjustments.· Monthly GST Return preparation & filling GSTR1, GSTR2A, GSTR3B· Check RCM if applicable.· Monthly TDS / TCS Calculations & Quarterly TDS Returns Preparation· Other Compliances whenever applicable (eg. PF, ESIC, PT, etc if needed)· Proper Document Management in relation to Income Tax, GST, ROC or any other Departments.· Reporting to Management as per Designed MIS Format on a discussed Frequency.Requirements :· Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, chief or senior accountant· Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures· Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)· Awareness of business trends· Familiarity with financial accounting statements· Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process· Hands-on experience with accounting software· MS Excel skills· Accuracy and attention to detail· Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills· Master’s in Accounting, Finance or relevant· Relevant certification will be preferredJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹480,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementPaid sick timePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
