Job Description : Qualifications ;B.Com/M.ComCertificate or Diploma in TALLY ERP or BUSYONLY – MALE candidate along with 2 to 4 years of experienceJD/ ResponsibilityTo prepare a consolidated monthly statement of funds required to manage day to day expenses of the secondary and connected vision centres and to send to concerned before beginning of the month.To generate DLR – Daily Liquidity Report and imprest status report and send to the concerned on daily basis as per the formatReceiving vendors bill and booking in TallyMonitoring: Vender Advance and due paymentTo bring out any discrepancies in cash management to the concerned authoritiesTo ensure that all costs / expenses and project related entries are booked under appropriate cost centre’sTo verify the billsTo do the daily income and expenses entry in the tally on daily basisReconciliation of the satellite bank accountTo ensure that revenue collected in the secondary centre and connected vision centre are deposit in the bank on timely basis as per protocolsTo do ESI & PF related entrySatellite accounting entry / records and auditJob Types: Full-time, Contractual / TemporaryContract length: 12 monthsSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 07/03/2022
