Right Communication skills and computer knowledge is a must.Clinical skills needed- should be able to carry out regular diagnosis and interpretation , perform extractions, scaling and restorations.Prior experience is a MUST.Senior Internship or any special training is added bonus.Should look at a minimum two year commitment .
