Should have Minimum Ophthalmology Experience in Years in the same Territory – 3 Years

Should have OT Experience – Minimum 4 Calls in a Month.

Premium IOL – Min. Sales Percentage – 30%

KOL / FOL Engagement in a Year – 3

Regional and English Language

Basic Technical Knowledge

Age Limit 25 – 30 Years

Experience – 4 – 8 Years
