Main Duties and Responsibilities:
As a team leader in Global Funds Services, you will :
Ensure Team Members are fully competentDraft & ensure SOPs are currentDrive resolution of exceptions with ORM / managementPerform test checks on quality of operationsLead and ensure completion of daily activities are timely.Audit compliance and co-operationImplement improvement initiativesAccountable for top quality exception managementEncourage, participate & lead L&D sessionsIdentify and facilitate development of training Champions/SME in team.People morale & disciplineFoster communication and teamwork
Qualifications
Chartered Accountants with 2 to 3 years / BCOM with 4/5 years experience preferably in Financial Sector industry
Meticulous attention to detailAbility to work in a deadline driven environmentClient focusedUses initiative and readily questionsStrong analytical skillsNumerical thought processControl orientatedProficient use of PC software for document and worksheet preparationFlexibility to work on holidays / extended working hours on high volume days, if requiredThe ideal candidate would have a ‘can do’ attitudeGood written & spoken English communication skills
