Job Description : Client Servicing and Account Management:Craft media plans and build proposals for advertising campaigns the clients want to executeConduct secondary research about client or client’s industry in order to craft more relevant campaign strategyCoordinate internal teams aligned with the account to ensure client successCoordinate with operations Head and Finance to manage contracts and paymentCommunicate with clients to ensure that campaigns are delivering as per expectationsCampaign Management & Optimization:Drive in-depth quantitative analysis of advertising campaignsOptimize to improve campaign success metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA and campaign pricingOversee creation, implementation and tracking of online marketing campaigns in Google AdWords, Facebook, and Programmatic platformsLiaise the media buying platforms and technology partners to improvecampaign delivery Initiatives:Apply own insights, analysis and client feedback to tune campaigns to successShare, educate and assist the internal team members and clients with relevant insights to improve Datawrkz’s offeringsQualificationsB. Tech/ B.E/MBAMinimum of 1-year prior experience in an analytics, digital marketing or business analysis roleExperience managing US clients with direct interaction with client preferableVery strong analytical skillsPresales experience will be a bonusClearly demonstrated interest and understanding of the Digital Marketing industry (Either worked in or took proactive steps to learn. Understanding of digital marketing terminology and concept is an absolute must)Strong written and verbal communication skillsCandidates who have worked with Digital marketing or other marketing services industry (including market research, ad agency, PR agency etc) will be preferredSKILLS REQUIREDAnalytical: Enjoys working with numbersCommunication skills: Written and VerbalLevel-headed: Ability to absorb pressure and coordinate with colleagues without direct reporting responsibilityLearning: A quick learner and passionate about working in a rapidly evolving industry: comfortable in learning new things everydayProactive: able to handle a situation and tests our alternatives independentlyOwnership: Ability to take decisions independently without waiting for input from someone else in the organization.
