Job Description : Job Description of HR Cum AdminRecruitment: Sourcing Profiles from Job PortalsScreening candidates through preliminary interview to judge their suitability of the requirementsMaintaining a proper database of lined up candidatesProviding daily & weekly recruitment status HR ManagerOn-BoardingCompletion of joining formalities like Verification of Joining forms, Verification of Documents against originalsInductionExplaining them about company history, company profile, and the departmentsExplaining to them about their profile and benefitsExplaining to them the leave structure and other facilitiesAttendance and Leave Management Through HRMSMaintaining attendance recordsKeeping track of regular latecomersEffective coordination with employees and maintaining the leave dataDatabase ManagementMaintaining database of employeesKeeping records of Completion of probation and due for annual appraisalEmployee EngagementConducting employee engagement activities in a timely mannerEmployee Exit FormalityIssuing relieving and experience letterGetting PF formalities doneAdministration: Manage office supplies stock and place ordersLiaise with Security Agency to fulfil the organization’s security personnel needs.Coordination with building facility management to provide seamless access to vendors/clients/visitors.Update and maintain daily expenses records in the stipulated format.Ensure vendor invoices are checked on all parameters at the time of receipt. Coordinate with vendors in case of any discrepancies.Manage and maintain all the office documents, inward entry for invoices from vendors and service providers.Owing to the diverse and dynamic nature of this role, be available and ready to support teams on any urgent, impromptu requests like preparing for a lockdown, arranging events, procuring items on an urgent basis, arranging transport, etc.Requirement: Minimum 2-4 years in HR cum Admin roleGraduation Required, Degree in Management or training.Highly organized with an ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks/projects simultaneously while working independently. (PROACTIVE)English fluency.
