Job Description : The People Analytics team advises stakeholders through data-based insights and compelling storytelling to achieve business objectives and people priorities, enables insights for the HR team supporting key people and organization decisions and initiatives, and partners to grow data capability and enable modern data solutions that enhance the HR team’s work with data.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven HR Analyst to support our People Analytics and HR Operations team. The HR Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics and apply this data to inform recommendations related to HR initiatives around recruiting, retention, engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, manage, and evolve reporting and dashboards for key stakeholders
Partner with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and look for opportunities to enhance reporting and dashboards
Offer guidance to stakeholders on how to best leverage our tools
Serve as a partner in providing business requirements to the IT team
Maintain efficient quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and quality of data
Provide exceptional customer service through professionalism, ownership, and initiative
Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, retention, and attrition
Produce reports and ad hoc requests at regular intervals using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
Utilize data visualization tools to communicate HR data
Collect and synthesize large data sets, carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis, and interpret and draw conclusions resulting from the information reviewed
Leverage and combine EDW data and ad hoc sources for holistic analysis of data sets
Desired Skill Set
Proficient with Tableau
Experience with Workday desired
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Proficient with SQL queries and data analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Strong interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong individual contributor with the ability to work well in a global team environment
Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Working proficiency in at least one programming language (C++, Java, R, Python, etc.) and SQL
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Mathematics
Minimum 3 years’ HR reporting and analytics experience
