Job Description : RECRUITMENTHandle recruitment for Junior to Mid-level hiringBuild a database / pipeline of good quality talent for Junior to Mid-level rolesManage recruitment consultants to provide support when recruitment demands are high or to meet specialized recruitment needsInteracting with managers and closing the requirementCreating impactful Job Descriptions and communicating effectively to the candidatesCampus HiringOversee and manage internal and external position postings, employee referral programs, including targeting specialized sites like LinkedIn, Naukri, IIM jobs, Indeed and various NGO domain portals ensuring broad visibility and securing responses from diverse candidatesEfficient on boarding of new employees and orient them to the organizational objectives and respective rolesHands on with Recruitment DashboardsHR OPERATIONSInduction, Onboarding documentation of all new employees.Maintaining Employee Records & HRMIS reportsProvide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may ariseAssist in development and implementation of human resource policiesGather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates etc.Ensuring all statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, are compiled and basic hygiene checks are done.Coordinating and executing monthly “Employee Engagement” activities.Coordination for Exit formalitiesDESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE3 – 5 years of experience with minimum 2 years in Talent AcquisitionProven track record of success in a recruiting role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing and hiring for multiple positions concurrentlyGood experience of handling HR operations activitiesAptitude to recruit for a broad and deep range of positionsSound knowledge of recruitment tools and strategies, hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boardsHigh degree of knowledge on HRMIS / online applicationsGood communication skills including the ability to liaise across all levels in the organizationTeam player, Good time-management skillsAdaptable and able to manage changeExcellent MS Office skills will be an advantagePost-Graduation in Human ResourceJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Talent acquisition: 2 years (Required)
